What the welcome screen does
The host opens on a welcome screen, and you can continue inside the browser. You are not sent to a launcher download before that step. The same screen is clear that the game files are not part of the site. Continue in the browser is the path that stays playable from here.
The disc image has to be one you already own, a Halo: Combat Evolved disc image. The port does not store it, does not offer it as a download, and does not describe how to create one from a copy you never bought. That boundary is the whole file rule.
The long title is HCEMobile, then Halo: Combat Evolved Mobile. The short name Halo CE mobile keeps this host beside the other Halo port. The two are not the same software, and they do not take the same file layout.
How it differs from the other Halo card
The other Halo port is where you choose an XISO and where you move with WASD and aim with the mouse. This one is the welcome-screen host. Both require a personal copy. Neither includes the campaign data in the page itself.
Both belong on the own-files list. If you are on a phone, start here. If you already prepared an XISO for the other host, open that port. Do not assume the welcome screen will accept the same file layout.
This is a fan port, not an official re-release. The Halo name is here so you can recognize the game, not as a claim that the publisher shipped this tab.
