The file the page expects
Campaign data is not included. After the port loads, you choose an XISO that you made from an Xbox copy of Halo: Combat Evolved you already own. The image stays on your machine. There is no ripped disc here, and there is no guide for getting a copy you do not own.
Once the image is selected, you move with WASD and aim with the mouse. Those are the controls for the tab, not a walkthrough of the campaign. You can see that boundary on the diagram before you open the host.
The game title is Halo: Combat Evolved. The short name Halo CE sits beside the mobile port without pretending the two hosts are the same software.
Desktop page and mobile page
Halo CE mobile is a different host. Its welcome screen can continue in the browser, and the game files are still not included. You bring a disc image you own. Use this port when you want the XISO chooser, WASD, and mouse aim. Use the mobile port when you are starting from that welcome screen.
Both entries need files you already own. Neither is an official Microsoft re-release. This fan page is not a store app, and it does not ship the campaign for you.
If the chooser rejects an image, the mismatch is between that image and the port. The expected input is an XISO from your own Xbox copy, not a Skate conversion, a Vice City archive, or a DIABDAT.MPQ.
