Deathmatch, not the other Quake tabs
This host is Quake II deathmatch, unofficial and non-commercial. The room caps at eight players, and there is nothing to install. That pair of facts separates it from a single-player loader and from a port that asks for your own files.
Quake, on the neighboring card, is QuakeWorld, also up to eight and also with nothing to install. Quake III Arena mentions mobile and a gamepad, and whether it needs your files is still unknown. This deathmatch card can say no install because that is how the room starts.
You do not bring a personal copy for this entry. If a later prompt on the live host asks for something else, follow the live host. The fields here are the start you get when the address opens: eight players, no install, deathmatch.
Same cluster, different weight
Return to Castle Wolfenstein also installs nothing, but the first load is about 380 MB and then it caches. Urban Terror is a FrozenSand game on a similar kind of host, the featured map is ut4_casa, and it is not Unreal Tournament. Half-Life on this shelf is an Xash3D start page with a memory default of 150, not a deathmatch room of eight.
WebXash is the Half-Life and Counter-Strike port that asks for a folder containing valve, cstrike, or both, and it does not write that folder back. Do not arrive there expecting the Quake II room, and do not arrive here expecting a folder picker.
The home filter can isolate this card by the roman numeral or by the word deathmatch in the note. The group filter for id and classic PC keeps the whole cluster when you want to compare rooms instead of names.
